フリートウッド・マック(Fleetwood Mac)

Fleetwood Mac: 1968年のデビュー以来50年近くのキャリアを持ち、アルバムセールス1億枚の記録をもつビッグ・バンドです。　そんな彼らのBest Albumを今回購入しました。
代表作は1977年の「Rumors」で、意外なことに 全米シングル1位（ビルボード） になったのはこのアルバムに収録された「Dreams」だけだそうです。　アルバム自体は31週間1位、セールスは1,700万枚という空前のものでした。

Fleetwood Mac: Debuted in 1968 and their carrier of performance exceeds 50 years with total album sales over 100 million – big band. I bought their greatest hits this time.
Their most successful album is “Rumors” released in 1977. Surprisingly, single “Dreams” is their only one billboard No.1 song while the album itself has incredible records – positioned on Billboard No.1 for 31 weeks, its sales was 17 million.

Vocalのスティービー・ニックスのしゃがれた声が好きです。　ソロ活動もかつて行なっていて、「Violet and Blue」などのスマッシュヒットを持っています。

I love the vocalist Stevie Nicks’ husky voice. She had performed solo in the past, and has some smash hits like “Violet and Blue”.

Fleetwood MacのLiveをYou Tubeで探していたところ、「Rumors of Fleetwood Mac」というタイトルで出てきたものがありました。　やけにみな若い、しかし映像は古くなくむしろ最近のもの、、、と思って調べたら、Fleetwood Macのトリビュートバンドのようで、 「Rumors of Fleetwood Mac」 はバンド名でした。　しかしまったく遜色ありません。　アルバムは残念ながら発売されていないようで、Sportifyで聴けるようです。

When I was trying to find live film of Fleetwood Mac in YouTube, I found it titled “Rumors of Fleetwood Mac”.
Every members are so young, but the film is not old – it is in recent quality of picture. I found that this video is performed by the band named “Rumors of Fleetwood Mac”, some sort of tribute band. Their sound is great.
Unfortunately their songs have not been released as CD, only available in Sportify.
