鍼灸院へ行ってきました（横浜中央鍼灸整骨院） Relaxation at acupuncture＆bonesetter’s office)

数日前から肩こりがひどくなったので、鍼灸整骨院へ行ってきました。
店舗は、横浜中央鍼灸整骨院です。
高校の時、三段跳びの踏切りがもとで椅子に座るのも難儀するほどの腰痛になってしまい、1か月近く整骨院に通いましたが全く良くならずに途方に暮れていたところ、部活動の先輩に鍼を勧められました。
もちろん初めてなので恐る恐る治療したところ、、、なんと1日であれほど辛かった痛みがなくなったのです。
それ以来、鍼灸の信奉者です。
初めてCB1100に1日乗ったときも長時間同じ姿勢で腰を痛めたのですが、この店舗の鍼ですぐ治りました。
一回当たりの単価はちょっと高いのですが、1か月整骨院に行って効果が出ないよりは断然良いと思います。

When I was high school student, I had a bad lower-back pain that made it difficult to sit on a chair due to a three-step jumping crossing. I went to Osteopathic Clinic for nearly a month, but my lower back was not cured at all. Then I was encouraged by my senior guy of the club to go to acupuncture clinic.
Of course, since it was the first time, I was so scared. But after a day of treatment, the pain that was so painful disappeared in a day! Surprising.
When I ridden my CB1100 all day long for the first time, lower back pain in the same posture for a long time suffered me. I cured it at acupuncture clinic introduced herein in a day.
The unit price per time is a little expensive, but I think it is better than going to an osteopathic clinic for one month and not getting any good result.

院長さんも大変気さくな方で、趣味としてのドローンの話で盛り上がってしまいました。
