かねよ食堂@横須賀・走水（Kaneyo Restaurant ＠Hashirimizu, Yokosuka）

二度目の緊急事態宣言のさなかではありますが、バイクなら乗っている分には他社との接触がなく、ソーシャルディスタンスを保ててかつ屋外の席があるところなら食事ができるであろうことから、以前から気になっていた横須賀・走水にある「かねよ食堂」へお邪魔しました。
In the midst of the second COVID emergency declaration, I went to “Kaneyo Shokudo” in Hashirimizu, Yokosuka which I had been curious about for a long time, because I knew that I could get there by motorcycle without physically contacting other people while riding it, and I could maintain a social distance and eat at a place with outdoor seating at the restaurant.

東南アジアのような店構えで、サーファー小屋のような感じもある雰囲気のいいお店でした。
オーナーは漁師さんでもあるとのこと。走水海岸の近くは、ミネラル豊富な水が湧き出ることで有名です。その名水が湧く走水海岸で捕られる魚介類や海藻は良質で、大変評判がいいです。
The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, with a Southeast Asian look and also a surfer’s hut feel.
The owner is also a fisherman. The area of Hashirimizu is famous for its mineral-rich water. The seafood and seaweed caught in this area are of high quality and very popular.
